Boone County Democratic Party Contributions

The time has never been riper for change.  The President is the lamest of lame ducks.  His approval numbers are some of the lowest in history.  The other party is fractured, with even some the most vehement hate mongers (Limbaugh, Colter) saying they will not support their nominee.

This year, the Democratic Party will make history.  Either a woman, or a black man, will be the next President of the United States.  The healthy competition between Senators Clinton and Obama might lead to the convention delegates actually picking a nominee.  Whichever fine American is your candidate, this is a very exciting time for our Country, and our party.

2008 is shaping up to one of the most important election years in the post war era.  Boone County, with over 25,000 registered Democrats, will be a player, like it was in our victory for Governor.  Your contribution will be used to support Democratic candidates, and to energize, identify, and register Democrats in Boone County.  With your generous donation, of $5, $15, $25, $100, or whatever you can afford, Boone County will help elect good, strong, Democrats and will become an even more important player in the years to come.  Thank you, in advance, for your support
